Monni Must
Capturing the personality and essence of a person takes passion. Faces and the way light falls on them have been my focus since high school. I graduated from Brooks Institute of Photography in 1978. When I became pregnant with the first of my four daughters, I found a new focus: being a mom. I simply shelved my photography career until I could devote myself completely. My girls are now grown, and I have rediscovered my photographic passion. Through my lens I am able to express myself and my subjects.

Sabrina Must
Writing is my main vehicle of expression. I graduated from Johns Hopkins University in 2008 with a Bachelors in Writing Seminars. As a coping mechanism to deal with my sister’s death, I worked on the Holocaust project as well as my own memoir. Through the written word, I was able to celebrate hardship and triumph, not only in the survivors’ lives, but also in my own. I helped the survivors, and they helped me.
